Transcender Return Policy



For Mail/UPS Shipments - Transcender will accept unopened products for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. No products will be accepted for refund once a system key has been issued. If part of a package or Transcender Pak is returned, the package or Pak price is forfeited and any products retained by the customer revert to their individual prices. For Electronic Shipments - Transcender will accept products for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase provided no system key was issued. No returns will be accepted or refunds granted for products purchased for delivery via electronic download or for electronic activation once a system key has been issued, except under the terms and conditions of Transcender's Money-Back Guarantee. No online eLearning products may be returned for a refund.

Transcender does not guarantee successful delivery via download. If the customer is unable to download the product successfully, the customer may have the product delivered via one of our alternative shipping methods. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Exchange Policy

For Mail/UPS Shipments - Transcender will accept unopened products in exchange up to 6 months from the date of purchase. No products will be accepted for exchange once a system key has been issued. Guarantee

If the registered user of a Transcender single-user license Transcender Cert practice exam fails the corresponding exam within the specified number of days after the system key issue date and contacts Transcender to claim this guarantee, then the Transcender Cert practice exam can be returned for a full refund. Exam failures that occur before the system key issue date do not qualify for purposes of this guarantee.
