exchange rate information, please consult your bank or other exchange rate
information source. If you use your credit card to purchase our products,
you will be assured of getting the most current rate possible. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs/duties

associated with shipment being refused and/or shipment being returned if no one
is available to sign for shipment delivery after multiple attempts.
Shipment discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of purchase. If a
customer contacts Transcender after 30 days of purchase claiming they
never received the product or that it was damaged, the customer will be
responsible for paying $14.00 per product plus the appropriate Shipping &
Handling charge to replace the CD.
The online ordering system at www.transcender.com allows use of MasterCard,
VISA, Discover, and American Express credit cards. If you have a different
credit card or another form of payment, call our sales offices at 678-277-3200.
We accept checks and money orders for orders that are mailed to our offices.
Purchase orders are also accepted via fax and mail. We require an official
company purchase order with a signature. A faxed order page is not an acceptable
substitute for an official company purchase order.
You may also submit payment for Transcender products and services by bank

If you wish to submit a purchase order, please be sure to include
all of the following information. Our turnaround time on purchase orders with

- The name of the individual who will be using the software if it is for a
single-user license. If you are ordering single-user licenses for more than one
individual, be sure to list the name associated with each line item.
- If ordering a package or Transcender Pak, be sure to specify what options
are wanted in the Pak. Options for the Pak being purchased can be viewed by
selecting the exam vendor and track for the practice exam you wish to purchase
from the global navigation bar at the top of the screen, then selecting the Pak
you want from the product list. (You may fax or mail your Pak options along with
your purchase order if you wish. However, it is not an acceptable
substitute for an official company purchase order.)
- Shipping options and pricing can be found at the Shipping
- Be aware that your Customs Office will impose a tariff on the package as it
is marked "Educational Software." You may choose to download only for no extra
charge if you wish to avoid shipping and handling and customs fees. Transcender
does not guarantee electronic delivery of products. If you cannot successfully
download the products, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges
and any applicable customs fees. We will require the e-mail address of the
individual who will be using the software if the download option is chosen.

If the package is being shipped outside the United States:
- When you submit a purchase order, we will require one of the following
pieces of information along with the PO:
- A credit card number that can be used as collateral against the PO; payment
terms are Net 30 days and any invoices open past this time period will be
charged unless a satisfactory alternative is provided by your company.
- A list of US bank and credit references; you will be notified as soon as
possible of approval or rejection of your credit.
- If neither of these can be provided, we will require that your order be paid
for via check, money order, or wire transfer. We must receive payment before the
products will be shipped.

Bank Wire Transfer
The customer is responsible for any and all transaction fees
charged by the banks performing the transaction. Be sure to ask your bank what
their fee is for performing the wire and include it in the amount transferred.
Any transaction fees that decrease the total amount received into Transcender's
account will be due upon receipt of your Transcender Invoice.
When wiring funds, be sure to include your name, company name, customer ID
number, and/or invoice number if you have one.
Wiring funds is a payment method only. Before wiring funds, be sure to fax or
mail your order to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Bank wire payments sometimes take as long as three weeks
