Guarantee
If the registered user of a Transcender
single-user license TranscenderCert practice exam fails the
corresponding exam within the specified number of days after the system key
issue date and contacts Transcender to claim this guarantee, then the
TranscenderCert practice exam can be returned for a full refund. Exam
failures that occur before the system key issue date do not qualify for purposes
of this guarantee.
Policy for Transcender Individual Exam Purchases:
If the registered user of a Transcender single-user license
TranscenderCert practice exam fails the
corresponding exam within 90 days of system key issue date and contacts
Transcender to claim this guarantee, then the TranscenderCert practice exam can be returned for a full refund.
Policy for TranscenderCert Pak Purchases:
If the registered user of a single-user license Transcender
Pak product containing two or more TranscenderCert practice exams fails a corresponding exam
within 90 days for each TranscenderCert practice exam in the Pak after the system key
issue date and contacts Transcender to claim this guarantee, then the individual
TranscenderCert practice exam can be returned for a full refund.
Policy for Purchases Containing Stand-Alone Study Guide or e-Learning Products:
This guarantee does not apply to stand-alone study guide or e-Learning purchases offered through Transcender.
If the registered user of a single-user license Transcender Pak product containing
TranscenderCert practice exams and study guide or e-Learning products
fails a corresponding exam within 90 days for
every TranscenderCert practice exam in the Pak after the system key issue date and contacts
Transcender to claim this guarantee, then the individual TranscenderCert practice exam can
be returned for a full refund.
Claiming the Guarantee:
When claiming the guarantee,
downloaded products must be deleted and all copies destroyed. This guarantee
applies only to single-user licenses purchased directly from Transcender.
Shipping is non-refundable. Returns of this type must be postmarked no later
than 30 days after your failing score report date. The money-back guarantee does
not apply to Workstation license, LAN license, stand-alone study guide or e-Learning purchases or test voucher purchases.
All refunds pursuant to the Pass-the-First-Time Guarantee will be prorated to
reflect any Pak, Suite, or discounted pricing.
If the user received promotional products with a purchase of a Transcender
license and claims the guarantee, promotional offers are forfeited. Any products
retained by the customer revert to the individual single-user license price.
Transcender will credit the remaining amount due based on the individual license
prices.
