When I download the file it has an .aspx extension/The
install file asks what program to open it with when I double click on the
file.
Our download install files are named with a .exe extension. If your file
downloads with another extension or your system does not know how open the file,
you probably had a download accelerator running in the background during the
download process. You can first try renaming the file by renaming the .aspx
extension with .exe and see if that works. Otherwise, check your settings, turn
off any download accelerators and redownload new files.
