Transcender offers the following shipping options below. Please note all download products are accessible via your club account.
- USA ADDRESSES:
- US Priority Mail (For PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses only)
- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- OUTSIDE USA:
Pricing:
Pricing for the above shipping options is as
follows:
- USA ADDRESSES:
- US Priority Mail (For PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses only) - $12.00
USD
- UPS Next Day Air - $25.00 USD
- UPS 2nd Day Air - $12.00 USD
- OUTSIDE USA: Please note that you will be responsible for
any customs/duties charges.
- UPS Worldwide Express - $25.00 USD
Delivery Times:
All UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air
orders placed before 2 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same business
day; these same type orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped the
following business day. Saturday UPS delivery is only available upon request.
All other orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
- USA ADDRESSES:
- UPS Next Day Air - within 1 business day
- UPS 2nd Day Air - within 2 business days
- OUTSIDE USA:
- UPS Worldwide Express - most shipments within 5 days, transit times vary
according to region of delivery and customs procedures. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs/duties
charges.
Note: Customers will be responsible for all return fees
associated with shipment being refused and/or shipment being returned if no one
is available to sign for shipment delivery after multiple
attempts.
Shipment discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of
purchase. If a customer contacts Transcender after 30 days of purchase
claiming they never received the product or that it was damaged, the customer
will be responsible for paying $14.00 per product plus the appropriate Shipping
& Handling charge to replace the CD.
