Transcender :: Product Upgrade Policy

From time to time, exam vendors change the version number of an examination and/or significantly alter the content or presentation of material on their exams. In order to ensure consistent coverage of technology and principles, Transcender will develop a new upgraded product that incorporates the vendor's changes. The upgraded Transcender product will have a new product ID (PID) and will require a new purchase.

Customers who purchased the previous version of an upgraded product will be offered a special discount on the new version of that product in their Transcender Club account. If you have purchased from us in the past and are unsure of whether you qualify for discounts on upgraded products, please check your Club account before purchasing.
